Scientologists renovating Eighth Avenue site

The Church of Scientology is moving ahead with its renovation of a building at 1130 Eighth Ave. S. Permits were recently pulled for $1.3 million worth of interior work to the structure. Simone Azzam’s Nova Construction is handling the work.
